SMARTEC SENSORS

Smartec s.a.r.l. is specialised in high quality, competitive sensors in the field of temperature, humidity, infrared and pressure. Our digital temperature sensor can directly be connected to a standard microcontroller input. Most of our other sensors are analogue sensors, but some pressure sensors are available with a digital output as well.

OTHER SMARTEC PRODUCTS

1.) Another key product of Smartec is the Universal Transducer Interface (UTI), which was created to bridge the gap between the well establish world of analogue sensors and today's microcontroller based applications. With the UTI, analogue sensors like small capacitors (2pF), PT100 elements, resistive bridges etc. can be directly and effortlessly connected to a microcontroller. For this smart interface, a development kit is available, which can be used as a sensitive measuring device as well. the UTI mesures: Capacitors (2pF), Resistive bridges, PT100, PT1000 elements, etc ... the RESOLUTION is 15 BITS!!!

2.) Our Temperature Acquisition Systems,
the SMTAS08 (8 channels, resolution <0,01°C) and
the SMTAS04 (4 channels, resolution <0,02°C)
are based on the temperature sensor the SMT160-30.

The boards are equipped with a RS232 serial port and can be used to perform accurate measurements.
